I posted this last year, and thought I'd just prove that I can do this twice in two years. Short story: corned ham, kale, cabbage, celery, onions, cayenne, pepper, salt and mustard seed and one good knife.

It's best served cold on some white bread with a little mayo, salt and pepper. I can't wait!

I'm bringing this thread back.  Stuffed another ham last night.  I will slice it tomorrow after it's cool and will take some pictures.  You don't know what you're missing.
