Hi folks,
I started smoking meat a couple of years ago but I'm glad I found this forum,I've learned so much already.
I live in southwest Missouri after moving here from northern Illinois about 10 years ago.
I'm looking forward to learning from all the member's here,and will be asking lots of questions once Christmas is over.

Thanks for the welcome from everyone,and Skip I should of clarified myself more on my first post.
I said that I've been smoking meat a couple of years but I was just doing it by trail and error and don't know alot about smoking.
After reading some of the threads here and all everyone seem's to know I would consider myself just a "newbie" but I'm here to learn from all of you.
