Well, you got a few already. How bout 180-ish to slice 195-ish to pull. Go git 'em and post pix. Consider a "finishing sauce". Search the term.

I am just trying to let you know that this wasn't the correct place to ask for tips.

As it says at the top of this section.

Roll Call This is where ALL new members should start.. please post your name, tell us a little about yourself, what type of equipment you use, your status in the art of smoking such as "just learning" or "professional Pitmaster", where you are from, and anything else you feel like sharing. Gives us a chance to say howdy and get to know you just a little.. thanks!!!

You didn't post your name, tell us about yourself, where your from etc. What you did tell us was what you are smoking and asking for advice.

That's what we are here for, to help you out which many people did on the other thread. The purpose of my post was to let you know the place to ask was the part of the forum where you already had posted.

I'm sorry if that wasn't fuzzy enough.
