Hey folks. Mark here. New to your forum, but been smoking stuff for many years. I just thought it might be nice to yak with other obsessive and discerning meat eaters. I started out with a Lilâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji] Chef then graduated to a Brinkmann round unit. Neither one had enough oomph or space, so I built my own design. As soon as I figure out how to attach or post pics, Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ll present it to you for your critique.

Anyway, Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ll be around. Yâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]all take care.

Mark
