Found this forum while trying to decide if I should smoke a Thanksgiving turkey.
I love smoking & grilling, even been known to chip ice off the grill in January!
 
I'm about 30 minutes South of you! Garden City, too far from Heaven, too close to Oklahoma.

Glad to see your an enuthiactic smoker. I can't see shutting down my smoker just cuz a a little cold either - now sleet maybe but not cold!
