Just wanted to say hi and thank everyone for all the information i have colleted thru "lurking".
I bought an ECB on a whim about a month ago and if i had not found this site and all the great information. I am sure it would just be sitting behind the shed.

Thanks again,
Joe

Extending another welcome to the SMF. You have already received some good advice and encouragement to work through the eCourse. There is a lot of information buried in the files here. Just take some time and explore some of the threads. You will find just about every kind of meat and poultry you can imagine. If you don't find what you are looking for, just ask. There will be someone to help you in no time.

Once again, welcome. enjoy!!
