Hello all I am new to this site and just from the little bit I have looked around it is AWESOME and you guys really know your stuff. I am from Minnesota and now live in North Dakota and I have really gotten into smoke the past two years. I love to smoke anything from cheese, chicken, pork, fattys, sausage just about anything I can get my hands on. One of your fellow SMF members MossyMo turned me onto this site. I look forward to talking with you guys in the future. Take care


I smoke with just a small propane vertical smoker but am looking to make my own smoke house soon.
