Pork Tenderloin anyone

And then there is beef rollups and quail.

And here it is all done

Can't tell ya'll how it taste, we havn't eat just yet. The wife is cooking the sides as we type.

Homebrew I put italian dressing on it then I mixed up a rub of lemon pepper and season salt and rubbed that in. Didn't want to get carried away with it. I did the same with the quail. It was all smoked with apple wood.

Hope you made all that bacon... otherwise that was the biggest expense of the meal! Yum...did ya brine the quail? They sure look nice!
