Today was sort of a miscellaneous smoke.

The main item, at least by poundage, was pork butts.

Rubbed and ready.

The TBS

Some hot dogs and beef ribs were out in time for dinner.

The fatties and skinnies/pig candy were done mid-afternoon.

There was a meatloaf for supper, but it disappeared before I got a picture.

Finally the veggies came out... onions, garlic and acorn squash.

The butts are wrapped in foil and finishing in the oven. I probably won't get pictures of them posted anymore tonight.

Sorry this took so long to get the final pictures of the butts to you. Sundays tend to be sort of busy for me.

This is about half of the pulled pork. These two pans are going to our local senior center for their dinner on Wednesday. I may need to send more. They won't know "the count" until 9:30 on Wednesday morning so I'm gonna package the rest in 2-pound foodsaver bags.
