I smoked this butt the day before the party for my daughter and daughter-in-law to be. Birthdays are a day apart...

I used Jeff's rib rub and smoked with white oak, an old fence post I have had laying around for several years... That's another story... I spritzed with just plain rum and apple juice with a little pinch of Cinnamon and a grind of nutmeg for spice...

Anyway, started smoke at 7am and finally pulled after 1 hour rest at 9:30pm.
