Hi all. I have been lurking for a while and have a small offset Char-Broil from WallyWorld. Have done a small but and ribs in 2 different smokes. But was good rib not so much. Decided that the off set was a lot of watching and fussing over for a beginer and went and got the GOSM 3405BGW last night have to season and then give it a run. This is a great site lots of great info and help. I live in Edgerton, WI and work in I/T at American Family. Going to keep the offset for when I feel more confident and don't get so worked up with the whole process. Looking forward to lots of good smokes.
