It has made me an excellent brisket a superb pastrami. Buckboard and canadian bacon. Now the 2 chickens.
I was looking for a larger unit but it seems that this actually is all we need..
If the resulst were only fair it would be gone already. I have a second one in a box in my storage room.
I could easily do 4 pastramis and about 8 buckboard bacons if i utilize both and install the 2 tier racks in both.
Im up to my ears in hot rod motorcycles and wine making now.
Its just the looks of the large black cast iron things that tempts me.
