Layer the following:

Mashed pinto beans ( could use black beans)
Sour cream
Jalapeno Salsa (or your choice/brand)
Cheddar cheese
Diced fresh tomatoes
Diced green onions
Chopped Black Olives (optional)
And your favorite brewsky!

Richtee, you don't miss a thing. I had hit the limit of pics before I posted the last one, so I had to ditch the 1st one. One good thing about that platter is... if you've been drinking enough, you can wear it like a hat.
