I went home from school last weekend for the Florida Georgia game. I got real excited when I opened up my freezer and found 2 racks of the biggest baby backs I've ever seen. Their both around 4.5 pounds. Im doing a rack of those and a venison ham tomrow. This will be my first venison and baby backs. Anyways, i was wondering what you all liked spritzing your baby backs with? I have done a bunch of spares with apple juice, but wanna try something different on the loin backs. I would like to use something I already have around here at the house. I dont have much extra money laying around being in college haha. Thanks for any suggestions.

you can add beer(good dark beer) or rum but i use a 1/4 each mix of apple/cran/lemon/evoo in my spritz, as far as adding beer i'd recommend honey brown or killian's red- they both add a fine glaze & color. but thats me. the darker the beer the better the glaze- to a point. guinness/bass pale ale works great injected into a brisket w/ balsamic vinegar & worchy
