I got a late start and did not get these in the smoker till noon today, so it will be a late night. Smoking a pair of Boston Pork Butts for some pulled pork. Last evening they got lathered in yellow mustard and rubbed with Jeff's rub. Here is a picture of them 1 hour into the smoke which is 50/50 mesquite and hickory. Later on I am putting a couple of pork chops in for a little smoke for a couple of hours and then switching them to the grill for supper.
