Todays Q-View

Decided to smoke a chuck roast and some ABT's today. Rubbed the chuck down with Jeff's rub, smoked with hickory and cherry, spritzed with apple juice on the hour, foiled it at 165 degrees, and took it up to 180 degrees internal and let it rest for an hour before slicing. Turned out nice and juicy with a good smoke ring. As usual, the ABT's didn't last very long!
