Hello my name is Jason and I am from Ohio. Looking to getting into smoking this winter. I plan on trying to make a fridge smoker since I happen to have one sitting around. Sure would like to get into smoking some deer meat this season. I butcher all my own deer and hate to pay the price that the processors want to make jerky and sausage. Tried doing recipes in the oven but it just ain't the same. This place sure looks like it has all the info I will ever need.
