I'm gonna try a variety of things today. 2 small pork roasts, one with Jeff's rub and one with cinnamon chipolte rub. One whole chicken soaked in a salt and sugar brine overnite, then covered in Lowery's salt. (I already thought about this being too salty AFTER I did it) And one small brisket flat with McCormicks Montreal Steak seasoning.
I need a variety to see what we like, and these smaller portions are just right to expirement on.

Wish I were doing the same.

Yeah, that chicken might be a little salty. LOL I guess you will find out.

Do you have a recipe for the cinnamon chipotle rub or did you buy it? I bought one and LOVE it, I'm going to have to look for a recipe for it.

BTW, everyone loved when I did ribs with the cinnamon chipotle rub and tbones sticky apple rib glaze.

I bought the rub at Wal-Mart-McCormicks Grill Mate
I already pulled the chicken at 165, foiled it and put it in a cooler.
Pics of what's left on the smoker......

Why is it sometimes the pictures show up, and sometimes you have to click on them?
