I made some rolls in the DO last night. They turned out pretty well. After letting the dough rise, it was punched down and kneaded, then pinched off into egg sized balls. I rolled these in oil and placed in a 10" DO. After letting these rise another hour, I placed a few coals on bottom and loaded up the top with coals. When they started to brown pretty good, I dumped the coals off the top and promptly replaced it so that the rolls would finish browning.
