Did some chicken quarters up yesterday, marinated over night in white bbq sauce, put in the smoker around 275deg. The turned out good and juicy, also had some tuna, and a pork butt I did friday.

Here it is.
Eastern Shore White BBQ Sauce
1 egg
1 cup cooking oil
1 pint apple cider vinegar
3 tbls salt
1 tbls poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar -- up to 2
Blend egg in blender, add oil untill blended, add remaining ingredients.
Enjoy

So do you mainly use it as a marinade or do you sauce your food with it?

It sounds interesting and I am going to try it.

Very similar to Cornell Chicken sauce. The only difference I see is the addition of sugar. I will sometimes use Lawrey's Seasoned salt. When I use it I baste the chix with it as I cook it.

Take care, have fun, and do good!

Meowey

I usually use it as a marinade over night, and have some on the side to baste with.
