I smoked a pork butt Saturday night using Meowey's method, and it was the best one I have done so far. I put it on at 10 Saturday night, and took it of around 7:30 Sunday morning when it reached 165. Then wraped it in foil and into the oven until it reached 195, then in a cooler for an hour. It fell apart when I started pulling it. Also helped cook beef and ham for a fund raiser Saturday .
