Here is the first ribs on my new Charcoal Smoker.Bought this at wally world it was the floor display and they gave me 20% off ,it a smaller char grill but hey I only paid about the same amount that the SFB would of been for the Larger Char-grill. So far my Mods are to the Stack extened it,
Put a baffle over the fire box hole.and made a charcoal basket to hold my lump charcoal. Also made a basket for my first FATTY,First smoke went great once I got up to heat then I controled it well with the vent so far I like it.

Looks great Red. Congrats on the new smoker and a good looking smoke. Ribs, gonna have to do some before long.

Nice smoke.. did you season the smoker? And the duct tape may not last long.
I was gonna buy one of those and my Dad talked me into the larger one..

It holds heat well and that's not duct tape its metal tape that they use on heating vents.My friend Henry who puts in furnaces , he turned me on to it works good.
