hi, my name is John and I just found this site a couple days ago. I think it is just great, endless information. I use a homade charcoal burner smoker and a electric one.I started makeing my own deer sausage about 8 years ago, and now my favorite and my best ring balonga. deer is what I do most.smile.gif .
