How's everyone doing today, I'm Kobi just new and excited about this forum. I'm originally from Ohio but living in Albuquerque NM for the last 12 years. I have always loved using a grill and now with some help from all of you i can now move on to a smoker.

I'm a steel fabricator all my life and started off in 1991 building motorcycles, i'm hoping i can use that experiance in making a perfect smoker. Looking forward to many conversations.

I was'nt able to go this year, but we have gotten alot of good Hatch chilli"s early in the season, so i cant wait to work those into some long hours of smoken.
