I have just finished preparing my first ever fatty and can not wait to throw it in the smoker!! I mixed a pound on bob evans original and a pound of hot italian sausage, and I stuffed it with green pepper, onion, mushroom, a little jalepeno, and some cheese, then wrapped it all in bacon. I wasent sure on a rub or not so I didnt put anything on it, any sugestions?
