Mousepad from Toronto here. In case some of you fine people are not familiar with Toronto, its in the great white north(Canada). Let's see, as you can tell by my previous posts I'm a little more than just wet behind the ears when it comes to smoking. So far to date I have smoked one 9lbs. pork shoulder roast(pulled pork). It was done in my bbq. It took 10 hrs. and I have to say it was the best meat I have ever tasted. I guess that is what got me hooked on smoking. I think at some point I'll go out and get a proper smoker or build one(If I ever get the time).
One thing I would like to say is that so far the member I have met on this forum are by far some the nicest,most knowledgable, and patient people I have ever talked to in a food forum.
