hi everyone,,new to the great site here,,,as far as smoking i used to have one of those cheap brinkman charcoal smoker,,,no im into trying my new smokey mountain i picked up at gander mountain q-ing up 2 slabs of ribs tomorrow with some taters.....thanks for all the info and glad to be here.
