Yesterday was great! College Football on TV all day, great weather,wife visiting in-laws in Nebraska, house all to myself, plenty of beer and a smoked baby back rib !
OH and my team hangs 79 points on North Texas!

Quite a contrast! We had college footbal all day, the weather was too damn hot, my wife was home, plenty of cold ones and a fatty to share with momma. Right now it's Sunday morning 9:33 am and the tremp is 85*, and it doesn't feel like it's at the max yet...
Only thing I see missing is the fatty.
It is also more fun to share the food with someone that has never had BBQ before.
