New to the site, but have been smoking for a few years. Started with a 55 gal barrel type smoker from a local welding shop, stepped it up about a year ago with a custom built offset stick burner (basically a Lang 84). Have to give Jeff credit, though I did a pretty good job on ribs, but his rub took them to the next level.
