The ECB Squared!
Heh... picked up an old unused electric ECB, gutted it, drilled a few big holes in base to allow flow, and stacked 'em this AM. I have about 8 lbs of jerky in that puppy!

Better smoking thru field expedience...or gerry rigging...or whatever ya call it!

So far, so good. Running another service call.. sux havin' to work- but then off the meatcomes and into the dehydrator-rigged Jennair. I can rig 'bout anything...;{)
