I am going to be smoking for about 20 people and was not sure how much I should plan on buying. I wanted to do brisket and pulled pork. The pulled pork I am going to get the butt with the bone in and really have no idea how much to buy. I was thinking of 2-10 lb briskets but have no clue about how many lbs of pork butt to get. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
