Wannabe Smoker

Hello everyone, This is all new to me , don't know a thing about smoking other than what I've read on here. Don't even own a smoker but want to try and build my own! I enjoy tinkering and also like to grill for family cookouts, think smoking would be even better! Can't wait to get started and will be asking lots of questions, Thanks alot for allowing me to join your website and also for all the information available here! There is a wealth of information on this site and being a none smoker like yourself decided to try it. After a month of reading this forum I grabbed the bull by the horns and have had 4 almost perfect smoking sessions.Don't be afraid to ask ?'s cause every one here is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
