chris just gave me an idea.... add 2tbsp turbinado sugar to 1/2 cup blacken seasoning, rub fish (i'd do redfish or snapper fillets, even mahi mahi)w/ evoo,rub w/ this mix & grill or smoke it or even jerky the fish?? whaddaya think? something for you to try or your site ?
