I got creative and cut some big chunks of ham got out some pineapple chunks,grape tomatoes, green peppers, green onions ,and some whole mushrooms I alternated them on the skewer added a little rub ,smoked for about 45 min. with pear wood didn't have to smoke to long because the ham was pre cooked made for a quick supper the wife realy liked it

Mmmmmmm Kabobs!

About 70% of the times that I fire up the grill or the under oven broiler, it is for Kabobs. Hard to go wrong with Kabobs!
