Try this.....Take your BB's or spares, season them, then place them in one of those foil roasting pans (like you can use for turkeys, etc.). Pour about 1/2 a beer in, tightly close with foil, then into a 275 oven for about 2 hrs or until beginning to pull back from the bone (keep an eye on them. If ya over cook'em, you'll be picking out bones and you have expensive pulled pork). They wont be quite done yet and you can finish them on a grill, or you can freeze them for later use.
