First of all this is the greatest forum on the planet. I am new to smoking and I am on my 2nd smoke and thanks to you wonderful people everything is going perfect. I have a Charlbroil double door and have 2 tenderloins 2 fatty's 1 ground turkey fatty and ABT's on the smoker. ( pics later)
