This site is awesome! I am so glad I found it. I have been smoking for about a year in a king cooker, but recently got a GSOM for my birthday. Today I am smoking some pulled pork and some chuck roasts. The advice I have seen on this site is outstanding, and today I am going to try to make the Carolina pulled pork finishing sauce as well.

Welcome to the SMF, your off to a great start. Try to post some Q Views to show us your smokin' pleasures.

Welcome "Lady Q", glad you stopped by! Don't be afraid to ask what you don't know and share what you do... we're all ears!

Welcome!
Don't be shy, remember we love lots of pics of your grubbins.

I hear BBQ goes well with some Spreckers (sp?) rootbeer and cheesecurds. Its a shame all that good rootbeer is trapped up north with y'all!

If you needed to liberate any my way, I'm sure I could find a loving home for it...

PS. If you' ve looked into the finishing sauce (which is key), go out on a limb and try SoFlaQuer's mustard sauce as well, my lady is from Carolina and swears by it...

Happy smoking!
