I added to Smokey Okey's Aura. Perhaps that will elevate him to a different level!

Wow...
Where are you guys finding chicken for .29 cents a lb?

Even 10 lb bags for 4.80.

They used to have them here for 4.50 per bag, and then they went up to 6.59 per bag.

Would love to load up on .29 cents a lb.

Smoking - whole birds; grilling, boneless skinless breast halves butterflied only in Fireman's marinade.

Whole for smoking

The whole chicken for smoking every time! just a baste with butter/lemon juice combo, salt & pepper, and let the smoke do the rest!

wings and drummies are my favorites.

thighs are good too.

I like legs and thighs individually. They smoke fast, absorb alot of smoke flavor and make great cold lunches for fishing, hunting or whatever. Also theres no guessing if they are done or not.
