Was gonna smoke on my new smoke hollow but it caught on fire!!

Seems to be a faulty hose, my freebie is junk now!!

Cranked up the brinkman all in one that bud n tonto gave me (thank god for multiple smokers!) and am way behind schedule, several dry rubs with no foil today, see how it works...............
 
Gee sorry to hear your freebie went poof. Hoses are cheap though. Nice looking ribs real meaty! Don't forget us before you eat!

The All In Ones a great little smoker - so many options for fuel it never leaves you standed!

Well, had to rush em a little bit with the time lost changing smokers, still pretty tender, nice hickory flavor, 4 of us killed 2 racks, got lunches for the week

Man those look tasty. Mine have been in for 3 1/2 hours and have a while to go.

I've had some that looked a lot like that but had "salad" included with them.

Did things get exciting when the freebie smoker torched up? Fire dept. show up or anything?

Not to exciting, leak was at the back of the control board? melted the igniter and the gas knob right off, started a small fire on my deck, not to exciting

i'll have to see if i can get the paperwork from the owner and return it, otherwise all i have left is a steel box!
 
And the Brinkman saves the day. Not bad for an ol cheapo.
Those ribs look fantastic by the way. I've yet to try some unfoiled. How long a smoke did you do?
