I am new to smoking, self taught here. I have been a griller on a weber an then i got a brinkman squarebox smoker, an played with it a while. An this year i borrowed a friends home made smoker an then i was hooked. I got me a lyfe tyme smoker.An have been cooking alot now an looking for new ways to smoke meat an cook meat.
