Did these for supper on thirsday night for my family. They were devoured. I guess thats a good sign. Here we go.

Rubbed with whole grain mustard and my modified rib rub.

On the smoker for 2.5 hours

Then on the grill for some sauce. I used Bonesuckin Hot Thicker style. That is my all time favorite bottled sauce.

Smoke ring didn't show up in the pics too well, but it's there.

There were other things on the menu too. Like cheddar bacon bread(more meat), hot dogs for the kids(more meat),and garden salad for the health conscious. I have done BB's since then I just haven't had time to upload the pics and make a thread. I will try to do that after I get back from 18 holes this afternoon. Man I love vacation.

Actually they're just wings soaked in AH-SO sauce. I usually cook them on the top rack of the grill to bake them cooked then put them on the bottom rack for the last 5 mins to crisp them up a bit. Otherwise they blacken too easily because of all the sugar in the sauce.
