Smoking a Pig

I don't know about the rest of ya but when we have a pig roast.We put 6-7 beef roast in with the pig and a bag of apples.And smoke with hickory has anyone else tryed this. Its a mouth full of joy.PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif

Used to stuff mine with italian sausage and chicken pieces! Safety nazi's have pretty much stopped that thoughPDT_Armataz_01_33.gif
