Hi! I'm Jaye from Vancouver Island in Canada. I have this obsession with smoking and cooking with charcole briqettes. I do bread, meat, fish, smoked and non-smoked... smoked salt, smoked oils, smoked pepper corns... and all with a charcole bbq. When I'm not working full time, I'm out smoking out the neighbourhood with old bbq's loaded with charcole or wood embers smoking something!
