Ok, I'm smoking some BB's for the 4th, and have to smoke them at my house and have them ready serve at another location after about an hour. I'm thinking of smoking them at about 220 for about four hours, then foiling them for the trip. After I arrive, I was going to brush on some finishing sauce, and heat them up to serving temperature on a gas grill. What do you think of this plan? Any other suggestions are much appreciated.
