Smoke for babyshower was a HIT!!!

I had a real challenge with this smoke... I wanted to come up with some new things for everybody and made these.Attachment 3424
My typical fattys. Cream cheese, Roasted minced garlic, Onion, Pablano peppers, Pepperjack cheese, wrapped in sausage, wrapped in bacon, glazed w/ brown sugar, honey, and applejuice.

Citrus pork lion, w/ lemon pepper wrapped in bacon

Bell peppers lined with sausage, filled w/ long grain and wild rice, covered w/ pepper jack cheese

I forgot to post this pic of the peppers they looked alot better uncooked...I will try to get some time to post the reciepes under the appropriate catagories today between monitoring the smoker...
