Hello weekenders,

I'm going to try and smoke some spare ribs on SUnday, I'm going to try a Cadillac Margarita marinade, and next day give them a homegrown Chipotle rub. If I can't eat it, I'll put it in the blender and drink it!

I might try some fresh water fishing in Idaho soon, wonder if smoked worms would work on wild trout?

A Smoked Chipolte Pork Marguerita. Not too sure if it will catch on but you never know.
Smoked worms catch smoked wild trout don't they?????
