I didn't get the chance to fire up the smoker this past weekend and I have been having withdraw symptoms

. I had some assorted chops for the grill and decided they needed some smoke attention. This was a small package, a little over 2 lbs so I knew the cook time would not be that long. Coated them with EVOO and rubbed them down with my rub. Smoked them with hickory at 250 degrees F for 2 hours with the last 45 minutes coated in my bbq sauce. I know it's not much but it fixed my withdraw and the family seen that there were no leftovers
