I must say those are some mighty fine looking D.O. tables. I found an old aluminum highway sign that I use. I set it up on rocks, sticks of firewood or what ever is handy at the time. For me it works very well.

Keep that pot greasy folks.
 
We cut some 55 gallon drums in half, with a fist size hole on the bottom of one side for air. Really helps with heat retension, especially in cooler weather.
