yessir i did .. ya gotta understand.. i been w/ scottsmen(lads & lassies) all wkend, got married the right way today, had the battle line from braveheart as me best laddies,- i'm rummin' up, & baby due(1 way or the other) tuesday... but i didn't burn the yardbird.....and i got the whiff of peat around the place...it's a good day- even if i did miss nascar today lmfao

That sounds like a good idea deejay debi, poking the heck out of it so it will drip fat. I think if I would have done that they still would have come out juicy.

I've had the same problem with ribs and found that being more picky at the meat counter helps a ton. You didn't do anything wrong in your process that I see... well maybe the beer choice...biggrin.gif
