Jamie, That is just so wrong on so many levels, but it does give us a different twist to the term "breast meat" doesn't it? But you did warn us about the "food porn".

You might want to run for cover. I gotta feeling that you're going to get some major flack from the gals about this post!!

I have a feeling that I'm gonna get some flack from them too.

Jamie

My wife saw this and thought it was funny :D

She is Southern Babtist, so a big bunch of Christians in the US probably agree.

I don't think I could carve this in front of my grandchildren... LOL

Hmmm, guess I can't say I like dark meat better as soon as them hit the store.

I actually started reading the recipe before I saw the pic and was wondering why you were teaching us how to oven roast turkey.

My arm hurts!! I printed off jabo's post and took it home to show Mrs. Dutch. I gave her the recipe to read first and she commented that one of the Cooks had talked about rubbing the turkey breast with lemon or lime juice (couldn't have planned a better set up  ). Then I showed her the picture!! Wish I had my camera ready for the expression that was on her face!! She started laughing and then she started pounding on my arm telling me that it wasn't funny!!??!! (If it wasn't funny, why was she laughing??? Must be a "female thing"!!)

Sorry about your arm Dutch. Thanks for the visual of your wife and the recipe, brought a nice smile to my face this morning.

Jamie
